I would like to see a survey program or survey service.

QuestionPro is great, survey monkey fine
would rather buy, and build then rent form other companies

if Coffee Cup was to offer either a program I could buy, or service by the month would be a great product

the formbuilder can be used to build one. Here's one I did a long time ago when the new form builder first came out.
