Already sent a message to support. Just started wondering if anyone else had seen this.
In the Animation studio, select Living Picture. Loaded a video. There is a yellow high light bar that tells you if the screen is blank it's an unsupported format. to the right of that statement is a blue ? icon. I clicked that and got a 404 error. Anyone else getting that?

It works for me Lance. Well it works now that I activated it.
