I've been trying to export my project but every single time the program now crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, repaired the installation, opened with admin rights, now trying safe mode. If I can't export....

Well that is no good! :)

Please give this a try:

1. Right-click the application shortcut icon, and click Properties.
2. Click the Compatibility tab.
3. Here, put a check mark by Run This Program as an Administrator.
4. Next, put a check mark next to Run This Program in Compatibility Mode For: and ensure Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3 is selected.
5. Click OK.

In the end your settings should match this:

Now try and open the software. Hopefully this has fixed your issue. If it does not, open a support ticket and we can try a few other things.

Did not help - same problem. It crashes when it's building the pages, all the folders export.

Is it a very large project? That could perhaps be a reason why it crashes.

I found that if you have several oversized images (you know the ones it warns you about when you try to add one larger then 1MB). Or if you have a lot of images in general.

Mostly the former. I would ensure all your images are optimized and under 1MB.

I'm creating a ticket. The project is several pages and I don't want to lose them but I did remove all the pictures so there are now only placeholders. Still no luck.

The issue here for Andrea was not really a Bootstrap one. The user had accidentally added a lot of HTML elements with invalid markup which was causing all sorts of issues when exporting. We fixed that and sent the fixed project back.
