I've seen the email offers for upgrading Site Designer V3 with the structured data tools.

When will structured data tools come to BB?

If there are no plans for adding structured data tools to BB, then what is the automated conversion path for converting my BB site into Site Designer?

To convert a .rbb file to Site Designer V3 I have
(a) opened Site Designer V3;
(b) at the first screen (the Theme Chooser) I clicked on Open File at the bottom left and selected the .rbb file;
(c) when it opened, I went to File > Save As ... to save it as an RSD file.

As to plans for adding structured data tools to BB, unless the CoffeeCup team chance to look at this thread and provide an answer, I suggest you ask the team directly via the My Support Room button at https://www.coffeecup.com/help/, and let us know in this thread what the answer is.
