You can do this.

Okay I'm Here. Just to let you know we are big time animal lovers and rescuers. I see Rolly's picture. I'm ready to get started.
Browse to Documents/Coffeecup Software/Visual Site Designer/
Add a new folder inside the Visual Site Designer folder called mywebsite files
Now make another new folder called moverpics and place that in your mywebsite files folder.
Roundup all the images you want to use and place them in the moverpics folder you just created.

Eric I'm going to thank you for your time and effort but I'm going to pass on doing this. It will just be too overwhelming right now and I don't want to waste your time.
Ok that's fine. Feel free to drop a post anytime for some help. Play around with VSD to get familiar with the interface. It will be easier to do this once you know your way around the structure of the menus and commands of VSD. I was in the same boat as you not to long ago.

Daniel, you could use the CoffeeCup Photo Gallery to do this if you're not concerned about it being a Flash program (many mobile devices don't display Flash).
Or you could go with your first idea – create a separate page for each image then link the original thumbnails to those pages. That's the easiest way.

Eric and Paintbrush thank you for your help. I tried creating a seperate page for each image and it works and better yet I understand it. Just don not know code. I have a very simple question and I searched the forum for it but to no avail. My question... When I first open VSD, click on create a new page a box appears for settings and it ask to name the Page Title and Page ID. Could you explain what they are asking with Page Title and Page ID?
The page title is the text that appears on the tab in your browser at the top left of the window. The id is the actual name of the page and what becomes part of the page web address. So if you put the words Contact Us in the title then that will appear on the tab in the browser. Using uppercase letters, spaces and other symbols is fine here. Now for the id you don't want spaces and you should use lower case letters so you could shorten the word to contact or put them together as in contactus. Since the id is part of the actual web address you would type "http://mydomain.com/contact.html" or "http://mydomain.com/contactus.html" depending on what you entered for the id. The title and the id don't have to be the same or even similar.

If those image pages dont need to be google friendly, why not name each page relevant to each picture for ease of finding at a later date
Page title :: bride sitting in wedding car
Page id :: bridesittinginweddingcar
Ironically anyone doing a Google search for a picture of a bride in a wedding car would undoubtedly find your page, but no one else.
Pages you do want found afterwards go top left of screen, EDIT then Edit key words and description, and add your keywords there for google to find, leave blank for pages you dont want found (actually you may have to delete what gets in there from other pages possibly when website finished)
