When adding any CoffeeCup Flash project to Visual Site Designer, please follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Create and save your project within its application — Form Builder/Photo Gallery/Juke Box/Video Player etc..

2. Switch to Visual Site Designer.

3. Open the page where you want the Flash to appear.

4. Click the Add Flash Tool located in the left hand toolbar (the yellow lightning bolt icon) and click on your page where you want the Flash object to display. This opens a window that allows you to browse for the XML file saved from our other software.

5. When you have found the file, select it and click Open.

Tada! You have now added this to your page.

Scott Thank you. I'm scared to try for fear it won't work but I will follow those directions. I have come along so nicely with the CC software that I right now want this to go smoothly. I just need what I call a gift... When the technical works right out of the gate. Thanks for the clear step by step. Don't go too far away just incase.:)

Scott one question just to clarify... How am I going to know which files I am looking for for photo gallery

Scott sorry two questions and I apologize if they are obvious remember I'm still new... When I save the photo gallery is it better to save from the file drop down or to click on the save icon in the tool bar or are they one and the same?:)

Visual Site Designer does it all for you. It looks at the XML file and knows exactly what to do. ;)

Saving is done the same way with both options.

Scott Hi I went for it. I clicked on the save icon and it brought me to a save as screen. I clicked save and this brought me to a screen that says files to upload. I stopped here because I'm not sure how to proceed. This didn't appear in your step by step. I am given two options in this screen... upload now or copy to clipboard. What should I do?

Thanks in advance

You don't need to go any further as you are not uploading through Photo Gallery. You are now done with that part of the program.

Scott step by step. So I clicked on the flash icon and put it where I want the gallery on the page. It then opened to add XML file documents>my documents my choices inthese files are CC software j12 images for site (this is my folder I created for my images) and then j12website_website.

Where do I go from Here? My first time doing this so just bear with me. Thank you
