Import existing site into VSD
Hi
I have been using another website manager software for years. I am now getting tired of it as it is outdated and the upgrade to the new version cost too much IMO.
So, I downloaded Coffeecup demo VSD and want to see if it will do the job reasonably well as an alternative so I can decide if I should switch.
The basic first step got me stumped. How do I import my site so I can start to work with coffeecup? I can only find ways of creating all these stunning pages from scratch, but that would be a waste of time to re-create everything from scratch.
Thank you fr your help.

That's the only way to do it with VSD. It can't import sites.
Thanks. Mmmm
Not even inport a template? The included standard templates are a bit limiting.

sepheritoh,
You might want to try the HTML Editor. It also has a trial period, and can even open a page from the web.
You can use the HTML Editor to update your pages without starting from scratch.

I've been spending my Saturday trying the demos of a few different programs. I think I have found one that does everything I want to do. I still have to try the Coffeecup jukebox.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
