Juicebox gallery on VSD help

It is a 3rd party software and I'm not sure if I don't make a mistake asking for help here. My site is well and running for a long time however my galleries are not compatible with iPhone/iPad. I found this software in Lite version that is compatible with all devices however I have a hard time installing it. Can anyone give some advice on how to do it with VSD?

This is the page with the gallery I'm trying to build

I added juicebox.js file but when I access the page it is blank with only tabs at the top. The gallery is supposed to be in the middle. All folders with files and jpgs are added to the server. On this page in VSD I added folders and files and uploaded to the server. I have one of your galleries on my website and it works perfectly. I assumed the way of uploading and building would be similar. For some reason it doesn't work.

Thank you Eric. I finally figured out that all the files and folders should be in the root directory and it works now. I'm ready to build the actual gallery. As always your help was priceless.

Eric,
I don't want to start a new thread. I just have a question about your slideshow I have on my site. On the main page I changed the interval to 2000 to make it faster and it works however there is a slight glitch/blink or something like this at some point - this page - http://www.ericphotoart.com
I installed another slideshow here - http://www.ericphotoart.com/modeling.html
But this doesn't look good at all. Is your slide only for either horizontal or vertical images?
