Well.....I've migrated my site to GoDaddy from FatCow and my "Contact Me" form on the Contact page isn't publishing.
The Newsletter form published just fine.
I can't determine which CC software i used to generate the form to publish from - I can't locate the file within my web site folders.
I can't determine this information either by using the "Properties" in VSD either. Seems simple to allow a real properties locate with the right click. Moving along.............
I've looked for the matching image by opening my saved files in Web From Designer/Soft (also) and can't get it there either.
Why would one form publish and not the other? Why can't I get real "properties" within VSD? I run into this problem with this form everytime I make changes. It's exhausting and stupid.
What next?

The form is not showing up because the following two files are missing:

contactme.swf
contactme.xml

They need to be uploaded to the root directory, i.e. the same directory where Contact.html resides.

The form was generated by the Coffeecup Form Builder 'Classic' software, which is Flash-based and has now been discontinued.
