OK, so I hope this isn't a crazy stupid question but I can't figure it out for the life of me and I can't seem to find reference of it on these forums.
I have set my parameters for my home page to 800X600 but I need to add more text/photos/videos/etc to that page which uses up more of the height than the 600pix. My problem is that VSD won't allow me to use anymore of the page than the 600pix. How do I make the page height automatically relative to the amount of objects/text that I am importing/placing????
Does that make sense? I would greatly appreciate any response anyone can give as I am ready to pull my hair out on this. All of the web design programs I have used before CC would automaticall allow the page height to adjust if I had more objects than would fit.
Perpetual Pixel Height on Pages
I don't believe VSD automatically sets the page size but you can manually set them per page or all pages. for per page click on page at the top menu bar and make your change for that page. for all pages the go to settings>standard setting for all new pages and make that change.
Many thanks for the reply, I realize what you are saying but that just seems unnecessarry to manually adjust for each different page. I am hoping that somewhere there is some way to automate depending on how much spage in height you need.
Anyone else have any ideas?????? Thanks in advance

With any WYSIWYG program, you will have some limitations. VSD is a WYSIWYG program, and you enter the height of the entire website, and can change the height of individual pages as needed.
You can leave the height box empty, but the edit page will not scroll down as you edit past the end of the screen.
If you find that VSD is no longer sufficient for your needs, you may want to consider learning HTML and CSS, and start using the CoffeeCup HTML Editor. Once you start using HTML and CSS programming, you will find that you have much more control over your website.
