Wow!!
Awesome job!!
One could spend hours getting an education on sharks.

My only suggestion would be to put a link directly to the section on shark attacks. It is buried on the page for white sharks. If a person was not aware of which shark does most of the attacking, you would not know where to look. I think that is one of the most interesting parts of your site. Heck, we all love stories of shark attacks.

Hi Everyone-
I have seen some of the best looking sites on the Internet put up with CCVSD.
My site is not going to be in that category. Its only purpose is to convey information.
The site has no moving parts and is for now just text and photos.

I changed from FrontPage to CCVSD, redesigned the website, got a new webhost and was able to get the website up on the Internet with a minimum hassle.
I tried to balance the site betwen IE and Firefox browser users.

Unfortunately one of my old site pages came up tops in Google and I just don't have the desire or expertise to 301 it to the new site, lest I cause a screwup.

You can see the my vanilla, no theme site at http://www.newenglandsharks.com - Tom

Hi Jim and Steve

I put the links to other pages on the bottom of each page- individually.

I might just change the bottom links on the home page and expand them and put in more descriptive text for each individual link. i.e. "white shark info incl. 4 fatal attacks in New England" - That could go into one link. Link box size is not a problem when you have them at the bottom of each page, and out of the way of other text and photos.

That change would apply to the home page only; since those links on the other pages are not on footers but have been applied individually to each page.

If this works well, I might even cut and paste the new links from the home page to the other pages, because people sometimes come into a website often on another page other than the home page. - Tom

Brian,
Great looking sites and the Fireside has great food.
Sometimes all we need is a different perspective.
