All I want to do is link to a page with a simple food menu on it so customer can print it and it would fit on a standard
8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.......made jpg paper size.........centered and no matter what I don't get the right size or the whole page is off to right............Am I missing something.............should it be pdf....not sure ......

Yes, for something like that, I think pdf would definitely be the way to go. That way you shouldn't have any centering problems.
