When I go to Buttionize > Change Style > Button Effects > Texture 17 the button ends up having a purple bar behind it. In preview mode it looks right (without the purple bar) but when I publish my website the purple bar shows up. Ii shows up in both FF and IE. Is it possible to change the color of or remove that purple bar?

Hi yeto can you share a link? I tried to replicate but I don't get any purple bar.

Currently I am using a different texture so I don't have a link that shows the problem. Did you publish the page? It won't show if you just "preview" the page. You have to publish and then view the page in either FF or IE.

I added text and it looks good.

I just tried again both with and without text and now I am not getting the purple bar. I don't know what I did different. If I come up with anything I will post back.

I've seen this when you have a photo or an image behind the button that has color variations. Straight colors don't seem to cause it.

That could have been what happened here as I was placing the button over a gradient. I backed all the out of the software and so far I can't duplicate the problem (which is a good thing).

Also, and I know this is not the proper forum but I always value your opinion, what do you think about the new SEO software? I would like to give it a try but I noticed that it is not going to be free for life. CC is currently making a lot of changes and I am wondering when would be the best time to jump in?

Also, I would like for CC to host my website but I don't like that they don't support email. Any thoughts?

The Website Insight is a totally awesome app. Makes SEO pretty painless. CC's move to a new business model for these new responsive apps totally makes sense. They have put a lot of time and effort into making these new apps that the market demands and needs. I don't know what all the options will be but as usual CC will surely make it right with all their current registered users. I understand your email dilemma. I think the hosting on S-Drive fills a niche that helps a lot of users get a website up and running with no problems and if their is any you get support second to none. I think the email issue needs to be weighed by each user themselves, as to how important it is to their brand if they have one.
