Is it possible to set image or pattern as background beyond the boarder?
I would like to set page background as color white but then use image for background outside the page boarder.

I set the width of the site to 1000px, then made a picture background. On top of that I added a white rectangular shape.

yes but page loads slower with white rectangle shape. Is it possible to set white rectangle as background inside the page while still having image background past the boarder?
