Hi, I am having trouble downloading the newest version on designer. It seems to be having trouble with some of the .dll files, causing me to abort download. I did not delete my previous version of designer. Could this be the problem? If so what happens if the download fails again, or I lose all me web designs to date? Thanks, Jackie

just don't delete your web designs, but do uninstall the previous version, but hang on to the version just in case. restart your computer after the uninstall and install new version. then open your vnu files like before. do not move any files or folders. let us know please.

Hi Bruce, nice to hear from you again. I can't find an uninstall program in coffeecup software. Is there one? When I tried to install the new one it wanted to delete the old one, don't want to go there!!! Please let me know, if there is no uninstall I will go through widows uninstall program. Thanks, Jackie

Hi Jackie, yeah don't delete the version you have now, well the exe anyway. but use your "add/remove" in windows control panel to remove, then restart, then install new one. should be fine after that.
