It's probably something small I've done and missed, but could someone tell me why the mouseovers on this page...

under "Gas Fireplace Support Center" are not functioning properly? I originally thought they were too close, but the main buttons at the top of the page are closer and are the same style, and work perfectly. The left-most button works to about 5 lines from the right edge of the button, the center 2 buttons don't mouseover at all and the right-most button only works about half way across.

I've tried deleting and recreating the mouseovers and the entire buttons, moving the buttons forward and back on the page, and saving, restarting, etc... to no avail.

Does it work on "Preview"?
Are the object sizes the same for the original and the MO object?
What about the values for "offset"?

for those two buttons and they appear to have gasfpsupport in their path name. Do you have their images with the rest of the image files?

Great site...just a suggestion..check your mouseovers in question on a blank page and see if you still have the problem and that may help you troubleshoot it better. I tested in ie/ff and it does the same thing.

Thank you all for your replies, and I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to them. I could've sworn I checked the 'email me when someone replies box', but I swear a lot.

Bill - no, the preview doesn't work either, they are the same size, and have no offset.

Heather - They are that way because they are copies from other pages. They don't work on any of the pages, btw. I haven't told VSD to put images anywhere, so I imagine it's putting them with all the others, where it feels most comfortable.

...so I am guessing all I have to do is disassemble the page to a clean page, to find out which object is causing the conflict...I'll let you know how that works out.

Rod - I forgot to thank you for the compliment on the site...so thank you. And I wanted to let you know that your suggestion won the prize. I'm going to leave "page9" up for a while as a reminder to myself to not be dumb. I had left the text box with the "Gas Fireplace Support Center" a bit messy and it had some extra returns stuck after the line, making the text box (and what I'm sure VSD thought was critically important text) intrude upon my buttons. This fixed the issue.

By the way, 2 weeks into using the software and that was my first hiccup. Not too shabby coffeecup.
