What I would recommend is to uninstall the program, restart your computer turn off your firewall and antivirus program then redownload the program from our website and reinstall.

This will ensure there is nothing interfering with your install.

I use HTML5 Video tags or Youtube, Vimeo. But you can find a lot just by searching. :)

One last quick question ... what Windows theme are you using? Is it the standard theme, or did you select a custom theme? Sometimes with themes the buttons and such don't always work or look right. Might not be your problem, just thinking out loud ...

I can't get it to open at all. It stalls without opening so I've not gotten to select anything. Can you tell anything from the screen shot? I'd really prefer to use the Coffee Cup version as every program ya'll have is super easy to work with. I sure do appreciate ya'll's help with this.

Upload it, do not attach it. :P

You can use Dropbox, or upload it to your own server and provide a link. There are also thousands of free image upload sites you can use.
