I'm using the most current version of VSD. My website has about 70 pages. Even when I make changes on just 2 pages, it takes 25-30 minutes to save the file. Is this normal?
If not, does anyone have any ideas why it's taking so long and what I can do about it? It's a bit discouraging to go in and change one little thing if it's going to take so long to save my file every time.
What's normal for the time it takes...

Do you have an antivirus program running?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I do have an anti-virus program in the background. I'm not sure how active it is when I'm not literally running a scan. Does that make a difference?

Some antivirus programs scan all processes as they take place. I would try turning it off to see if it helps. If it does see if there's any setting to exclude VSD from being scanned.

Thanks for the tip, Rolly! I just saved my file with the anti-virus disabled. It took 8 minutes. That's more like it!

Good day !
I had the same problem. My website has only 30 pages but saving took like forever...
Stopped my anti-virus software for 10 minutes and saved again, cutting the time to save in half !!!!
