I have the box unchecked and put in my new password and close the program. When I open the program, it just opens without PW prompt and some string in place of what my PW should be. The last build install worked fine.
The latest build will not save master password.

I installed it again. Now it will not recognize my master password. I reset it and tried again and it still won’t let me in. I tried resetting it twice with the same results.
And why allow a simple reset without asking a security question or some other safeguard? It makes the whole master password concept a moot point.
Also, when you update, all the FTP servers show up but you lose all the UN and PW info stored.

I just double checked it here and it worked fine for me. Are you sure you installed the latest version from our Website? When you reset your security password, all user names and passwords will be deleted. We figured it was easier this way then for a user to try and remember what their security questions or answers were

That makes sense.
I downloaded the newest available this morning on a different laptop. I will completely uninstall and try again.
The master PW resetting issue of losing my FTP UN and PW was on my other laptop yesterday that had the issue. I didn't reset then but perhaps the issue caused that.
Will keep you posted.

I completely uninstalled, ran CCcleaner, and reinstalled. It asked me for my master password which it reported as incorrect. I reset the master PW and saved a new one. It still will not work for me.
I am using Win 7 64 Bit but the last version before yesterdays release worked fine on 64 Bit. I hope I haven't lost this functionality because the master PW option is really what made me favor this program.

I will report this to our developers and see if they have any idea. I am not sure why it works for me here though. Due to the Easter holiday, I probably will not have an answer until next Monday.
