Can csv stored data file grow over time?

I have a form created with Web Form Builder that enables people to submit an online entry for a writing competition. The competition runs for about two months and entrants could submit an entry any time during the competition period, via the completed online form plus their story in the form of an attachment to the email that is sent to the competition convenor on clicking 'Submit'. With form results set to save to a csv file on the web server, it needs to 'grow' each time an entry is submitted, so that at the close of the competition, I can import the csv values into a spreadsheet that contains name and contact details of all the entrants. Problem is, each 'Submit' session overrides the previous .csv file. Is there a way to dynamically add data over time?
