1. I'll take a look at the templates. Thanks.

2. Found it weird that you can't attach a Web Form Builder file to these messages. Anyway, here's the form before I added the HTML elements:

3. Tried the HTML element, but the text doesn't match the rest of the form:

4. Have to take a closer look at conditionals (already used them, but don't think that's going to work for "cascading dropdown lists".

Thanks.

The html element link css could be altered in the theme or after export.
Cascading dropdowns can be done within Form Builder using conditionals.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Here's the js implemented as I understand.
Let me know if you need it tweaked. It alerts of identical numbers between each of the inputs of each pair of inputs but allows the same across each pair.

Thanks for that coding. It's working the way it needs to be.

On the topic of dropdown menus:
In the OHV Own section I currently have it set up so the user first selects the make of their OHV. Then based upon that selection, the OHV Model will display the most common models for that make. That's what I'd like the cascading dropdown in the OHV Own section to do with Form Builder.

I understand conditionals. I've used them for the Club/Business/Organization section as well as the Own OHV sections. But can I do this within a single element?

You will need to add more dropdowns that show or hide based on what is chosen in the other drop down. You can make them dynamic but it will require some alteration of your form that's best done after export. I use this method on a few forms of mine.
