Working on a form that is going to be connected to the Mailchimps' mailing list.
I want to avoid Mailchimp displaying their "SignUp form with alerts" page, in situation when the email address already exists.
Is there a way how our form can check, when it gets filled, whether the email address already exists, and in that case, display our own landing page or give some other kind of message under our control?

With a little bit of custom Ajax post you can do this. Are you able to alter the html after export?

Which data should I use to update your PHP files:
"Just rename them after export and enter your php server info into the pdo-connect. Also enter your table info into the check_email_mysql.php."
