The videos don’t really explain this so I’ve just given up previously but will try again now. Is this understand correct - can someone answer my questions please?
1: In Styles / Class Selector the type classes in the drop down have pre-configured functionality that Coffee Cup presumes I have knowledge about because it doesn’t give me any textual or visual clues. I have to learn this information from the framework resources.
2: Following 1: the attributes parameters in the Layout / Design / Effects tabs are not prefilled from the chosen type class. It is the user’s decision how to use these and those choices may have no effect on the type class or break it. What happens if I choose to do nothing?
3: I can create my own type class and choose a bespoke mix of Layout / Design / Effects
Thank you.
Real Basics
Hi Julian,
I think CC has taken the approach of if you want to do a certain affect you would have to do a little research as there are so many preset classes and attributes. I think they are putting more instructions together but a quick google search can turn up a wealth of info on how to achieve the desired result.
