Can any one please help, how to keep the top navigation component on the page and the info on that page disappearing underneath. This is for both mobile and Desktop. Thank you.

Check out my sharing page, I have some sticky menus there. You can download the code. It says SD3.0 above the list, but they work for SD 4 and 5 too.

However, the way you explain what you want, it sounds like you're after a 'fixed' menu. You find that too on the same page. The ones with '(ZF)' behind the name are for Foundation.
