Well, then you probably have to look for other things, like e.g. you electrical supply. Here it is running steadily, hardly ever any hiccups. Your internet connection is probably out of the loop, since the crashes happen before even touching the web, and also since you are saying that once uploaded, it's fine.

I had wondered similarly, and in particular the question of heat and CPU cooling, Here in England we rarely get very hot weather, but perhaps 'sunny Bali' calls for extra cooling measures for computers.

We have air-conditioning here Frank :D
and I have cooling fans as additional circulation. which keeps my office to a nice cool 24 degrees

The problem it seems is in the classes/inline tags and a couple of other things I don't fully understand,, Scott & the Magicians have started looking.

Wow! Many here would consider 24 degrees to be very hot. Hopefully the temperatures of your CPUs keep within the limits recommended for them.

Wayan, could you let me have access to one of your project files, one that you're having particularly lots of trouble with?

Inger thanks very much for the offer,, Scott & the magicians have mostly got it sorted thanks,, something to do with in-line tags & css classes (when using text editor) This was something causing the Not-Responding that was getting worse,,, still hasn't cured the crashing, but today will be the tester I will be pulling a 24 hour stint,, will see how it holds up.
I hope your husband is recovered or is recovering and that you and your family can return back to a normal, happy stress free life.

It wasn't the temperature of the CPU's that was the problem Frank,, It was MY TEMPERATURE that reached boiling point when it happened, no amount of air-conditioning or cold water showers could bring that down sometimes,, anyway thanks again to you and Inger and all others for the thoughts and offers of advice & help,, I hope now that with a little bit more work & adjusting It will be back to as normal as it can be.

will let you all know once it looks like it has worked.

Thanks! He is still in hospital. They found a tumor in his head. We're still waiting for the results of the tests, to show what kind of tumor it is, and how it can be treated.

Well I know expletives arn't really allowed here but maybe you will get it before you delete it

all I can say is Bugger

Today in Bali is a special ceremony day called Kunningan, it's for thanking our ancestors for returning to the real world last week to help us win the war against the evil King and spirits who ruled in Bali thousands of years ago.
I will be on the beach at sunrise to give my thanks too,, I will place my offering (Canang,, Ch-a-nn-ang_) for your husband and you and your family, and pray for his recovery. My wife is Muslim so she won't be there,, but when I tell her she will also do something like that when she goes to pray also.

Take care Inger From over here in Bali
