Suggestion to add a "New Solid" button to the "Background" section. So we would have a:

New Gradient

But when you choose "Background" from the "Background"section of the design panel all of the colours of the rainbow and more that are available are solid, if you want change a colour open "Backgrond" and just pick a new one one .

Yes, but if we had the 'Solid' option we could overlay a solid on top of a photograph just the same we we can overlay a gradient on top of a photograph. I guess another simple solution would be to let us pick a single color for a gradient and have it become a solid in a way. Right now if I need to do this I can use a gradient with the same colors/opacity at the start and end but it would be simpler to have a solid option, imo.

I didn't see a direct way to overlay a solid beyond having to choose the same color twice in the gradient option. Is there another built in method I'm missing?

for example; in a program I use these are the options available:
Background image, gradient, overlay (solid)
and at the bottom is the standard background color

Yes, to be clear the new button would let us overlay a color with opacity (0-100) levels as well.

If you put the background image on the row you can make the column that sits in that row the overlay by adding the colour from the background colour option in the design panel under "Background" pick your colour and change the value "Alpha"to whatever % you want, you can even change the colour at different breakpoints.

As an aside, if you put an image as a background image, for the purposes of SEO it makes no difference, because background images are seen as being part of the design, and therefore have no effect for SEO, if you put an image onto a row or column, thats when the SEO takes that as being part of the content and marks that for SEO content.

So really unless you are putting the images as images on a row and not as a background then it makes no difference so you could put the overlay onto the image before bringing it into FF, similarly if you wanted a different overlay colour at different breakpoints, just make a few images with the different overlay before you bring it into FF, and change the image at the breakpoint where you want the different overlay to be.

At the moment there isn't any other way to get an overlay effect with FF (not that I am aware of at least, ) maybe in the future, the background has bit for an image doesn't have any effect on the actual image at the moment

Great job on RFF.

korytnica.com.au is done by RFF

korytnica-osteo.com.au is done by RSD

It is like using iphone 6S or 5
Still plenty to learn and discover...

The ability to nest more than 3 containers deep would be nice. Currently I'm trying to recreate an off-canvas menu and I need a part of it to be 4 containers deep, but when I attempt to pull the 4th in, it refuses to nest within the third. Is there a setting or some other way to nest it other than dragging it in, or is this not currently possible?

Currently 3 is the maximum allowed.

That's unfortunate, given that off-canvas menus take up the entire allowance. I'll see if I can figure a way around it, but this maximum is very limiting. I would really like to see unlimited nesting in the full release, if at all possible, or at least a higher cap.

EDIT: Alongside this would be the ability to give names to our containers in the outline so you can quickly find the element you want to work on. This would be especially helpful concerning off-canvas or accidentally hidden items.
