Howdy all

I am hoping to get some good answers here regarding what packages or programs I should get.

I am something of a techo geek but have not been active in HTML/etc for some time.

I want to do two things.

1. Create a web site for my office. Basically I won't be doing any real merchandising or anything on the site. It is going to be informational on areas I provide services in, offering basic info, places to e-mail back and so on.

Obviously if it grows big enough I might expand but I don't really foresee it ever being any sort of online store or anything.

2. Create a personal blog, probably to be accessed and edited via Wordpress or similar place.

I am tossing between the HTML editor and the Virtual Site Designer, similarly between the Designer and Developer packs.

I wouldn't object to getting both if both had aspects I would really use.

Any thoughts or comments ?

If you want to work with Wordpress, then the HTML Editor would be the better way to go. Don't use its visual editor mode as it will change your code, which can be quite a problem if you use Wordpress.
