You should size your photos in an image editing program and save/optimize for the web.
You could also save all your images in the images folder, and link to them from within the page:
<img src="images/green2.png" width="500" height="667" alt="Tomato plant from seed" title="Tomato plants from seed" /> (per David's example page he made for you).
Here's the link to it:

You might want to get your code in order (following Dave's example), then upload/replace what's there now ;)

Hi, I have been looking at your site, Mostly it appears to be quite solid and entertaining. Your Polar Bear image is not referenced correctly and it is a good idea to keep images to a reasonable size. Just to let you know I and I am no expert, I think your site to be well structured, perhaps needing a minor tweak or two. Well done.

I will assume you're working on the site as the front page's main image (polar bear) does not load at all for me in FF.

Also I would highly suggest you add your header logo information on each page of the site (make it smaller if need be for your tastes) so people know they are on the same site. I had to check twice to make sure I was still on the same site because the look of it changes pretty much for each page.

Other than that nice work :)

What happened to Inger?

Also, I just wrote my code exactly like tbaygeek did in his example. But I still have a broken icon. I think my ftlp isn't getting images (or music)to the servers. Something is sure wrong. I've been trying to solve this problem for MONTHS.

I just made a folder on my server called public_html then I uploaded my index page to it. And my picture. Still the same. Where do I go from here folks? There has to be someone able and willing to solve this problem.

Can you confirm that the image is on the server?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Good MORNing!

Inger has been helping, but shes traveling for awhile. I need to know how I get the "401 your not authorized to view this page" off of what's on my server. I'm using the Free FTP at the moment. Also, when I try to upload I get a note that "S Drive not initialized". I don't want to use S drive, at least I don't think so.

Thank you for helping

If your publishing Coffeecup you'll be publishing to S-Drive. That's Coffeecups hosting service. You get a free account that allows you to do some publishing. Paid ones have more features.
