I just bought coffeecup html editor

I am particularly interested in code cleaner.
When I go to tools code cleaner I get for at least 20 seconds an hour glass cursor. Then I check some boxes and click ok.
Focus goes back to my file. I get the hour glass again. The
hourglass goes away after 20 seconds and no code reformatting has taken place.

when you instaled the editor, did you re-boot your machine before using it? If you don't re-start your comuter, some parts of programs may not work properly after you instal them.
Have you tried to uninstal/instal again? (restarting your computer in between steps). Did that fix it?
You may want to download the latest version (even if it's the same) just to make sure your donwloaded program file is not corrupt. When you instal, try shutting down any virus checker, some older ones use to cause problems for me. Don't forget to turn it back on when you are done.
