Looking for a platform that can replace Microsoft ExpressionWeb for managing websites. Need to be able to handle Dynamic Web Templates (*.DWT) and its use of shared html (BOT) files. Can the HTML Editor do that?

The HTML Editor can't open .DWT files
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
