It works in html files but who puts css code into the html file?

Good catch! I'll report it.
BTW I haven't forgotten about your other issue, with the FTP. I recently asked the developer about it. I cannot test it myself, though.

I put css in html files.
They do highlight when clicked on in a css file.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
