I have CC html editor, and Firestarter 7.2

Searching and reading here, I see it is best
to make Firestarter Flash banners in the movie
mode, rather than with the banner wizzard.

Banner wizzard says to copy the html and paste it
in your web page, and also, copy the swf. file
and put it in the same folder.

What folder would that be?

I hosted some flash presentations,
but after pasting the code on the web page,
I still do not see the presentation.

One more question:

Using Firestarter movie, what is the best way
to make banners of various sizes.

Could there be a tutorial available for this?
