You cannot download CPanel you need to loginto your domain hosting service and then go to the
Cpanel and then open the "File Manager" then you will see all the folders files etc,, YOU Will HAVE TO EDIT THEM THERE.

I apologize for the long wait. We got the domain around 2009, but I don't remember the exact month. Unfortunately, the trial version of the HTML editor has already expired. However, I do have the free version of the HTML editor. I will try to look for a template specifically for HTML.

Actually as it happens it won't make any difference the html template for that theme is just the Site Designer template exported.
So you are still going to have to edit all the dependency files (CSS JS images etc etc, )and then upload them to your domain root on your hosting service.
Which means logging into your Cpanel on your hosting service and uploading them even if you uploaded using FTP upload you should still look and see.
I can try help but obviously can't log in etc if you want maybe I can help with a video even a conference call so that I could see also and talk you through. If that would possibly help you can send me an email using one of the forms in my signature below

This could be a problem now for the future (UNLESS YOU have instructed search engines to not index or follow the pages,, You really need get rid of them and possibly put a page for displaying something like "We Are UPDATING OUR WEBSITE. with an email and or contact number.

You should do this ASAP, it maybe too late already, depending on when you uploaded the tempolate 'KIRO'

I tried using the Kiro template I downloaded from the HTML editor but once I saw your message I went back to the old website design we had up. I will go ahead and send an email to you to see if that is a bit easier to communicate. Thank you for the under-construction example!
