I really an starting to regret...
I cant seem to get help-
my pages are so messed up!
i unfortunately bought the whole package of coffee cup- support was helpful when i was in trial- but once i bought they are not!
I have HTML Editor- I have gone all through the help files and forums- i post questions- i cant get answers anywhere!!!!
does ANYONE know what is wrong with my page?
I was working on it - i accidentally switched over to the Code Editor and when i clicked back- all these characters and things just showed up all over my page.
then when im in visual they dont show up- so how am i supposed to fix them?
I go back to code editor and did Code cleaner- nothing
did the 1 hour task of Character clean up- then program wouldn't respond- did it again now even worse characters are there.
i am SOOO lost- 'bout to throw in the towel!!

This is your third post in three days. Sorry that no one responded to the first question, but the folks here are all volunteers. Just people that use CoffeeCup and want to help others.
You have learned a lesson about the HTML Editor: Don't shift back and forth between code and visual. There is a lot of difference in how the code is handled.
If you check your second post, you will see an answer.
I just looked at your first question and it appears that you are asking about the same page, so lets go with your second post to try and fix your problems.

I looked through your support tickets and we have replied to each one. However I have noticed that you have never replied back to any of our messages. Since we received no reply, the tickets were closed.

Hi, I really can't imagine that you haven't received any reaction.
There's ALWAYS a reaction. Isn't it from a visitor than it's from CC itself !
But to the topic:
It's also written in the Help: Afterswitching the code is changed.
What I do sometimes:
Set a page p in the code editor, and fill and arrange the page with the visual Tab.
When I want to work in the editor mode, just ignore the (extra) code which is made by the visual Tab.
An other thing you can do is: save the page as... before switching. Than make the changements and test the result.
Than afterwarts you can decide which page you keep or not.
grtings,
Lex
