Hi Jim, we need to see the whole file to be able to help you, and as a HTML file, not as an image.

I can see that the file was created back in 2018, apparently in the 'old-fashioned' way with HTML style tags instead of CSS, and probably with a positioning table, but that alone does not make it impossible to load. Also, the HTML Editor has changed a bit since then.

Please zip the file up and attach it to your post. Also, let us know which version of the HTML Editor you are using.

I'm not at all confident that the following links will resolve the matter, but they do suggest that the PRAGMA line is likely to be problematic or not to work.
