I would try restarting your pc then reinstalling.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Have you tried right-clicking on the installation file and tried 'run as admin'?
Have you tried temporarily disabling your anti virus programme?
Moving your camera.wav to your C drive (documents/CoffeeCupSoftware/sounds)?
I'm just guessing at the reason for your installation failure.
