Theme Extraction Failed

Hello all,

Searched, couldn't find anything on point.

Using HTML Editor 12.9 Build 714.

Trying to import a theme (Citrus). I can find it to import it, click the open button, and I get an error message that says 'Theme Extraction Failed'. I can see it in the pull down list of Themes, but nothing happens when I try to click on it.

Is it possible that the Theme file is somehow corrupt? How does one check the file?

HTML Editor works just fine with other themes downloaded in the last few days.

Anyone have any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue?

I think your best bet will be to update your Editor. The current version now is 15.1.782. The verrsion you have is fairly old, and as far as I can remember, they didn't have responsive themes back then.

I have the current version of the HTML Editor. That's what I'm using. I am not using the responsive editor. Can't afford it at this particular point in time. I'm guessing the version 15.1.782 is in reference to the Responsive editor which is actually version 1.5.The Citrus theme I downloaded was for the HTML editor. (Double checked on that. The theme is for the HTML Editor)

I read what your problem was and your HTML Editor version. The template Citrus is for the HTML Editor, and you posted in the HTML Editor diussion group. The current version of the HTML Editor is 15.1.782.

Then something is wrong with my user account, because the latest download available to me is HTML Editor version 12.9 build 714. So. I will move this discussion to the user support page.

Between your version and the new one there is a paid upgrade some place. Maybe that is why you don't see it. Check the CC Store and you'll find it.
