Open a support ticket then and see what the CC team can do with it as I don't think the users will be able to help with that much. Good luck with it though and let us know what they have you do to fix it if you would please

OK support ticket opened and waiting for a response and hopefully a quick fix. I'll report back whatever I learn. Thanks for your help Jo Ann.

It looks like the dialog box was not updated correctly in the installer. It is the registered version. We will get that corrected in the next update.

OK this is what I originally suspected which is why I reported it, but I wasn't sure. That covers one of my two questions.
I also paid for one extra license to be able to share the encrypted password file with another user. How do I access my extra license to share with another person? The PDF help file doesn't even mention this at all.
