I haven't had access to my LockBox for a long time. I'm pretty sure I remember the user name but I cannot figure out what PW I used. When you click on the "Forgot Your Password" link, a dialog message comes up instructing you to send an e-mail to customercare@coffeecup.com with the subject "Coffeecup LockBox lost password request" and we'll assist you further.
I did... and got a very nice message that that option was no longer supported and to try
http://www.coffeecup.com/help/. I've searched and cannot find anything in the LockBox forum that helps.
If anyone can assist, I'd greatly appreciate it.
