Lost password to access Lockbox
So,
The username & pwd that I have used for years, to access Lockbox, keeps bouncing me out.
As I know that the login pwd is encrypted, and you cannot recover it , but...can I download and install the Lockbox software again... AND will I be able to pull in my existing Lockbox data, if I install it in the same location on my drive??

Ok,
I downloaded and reinstalled Lockbox. Set new username and pwd.
then copied over the pw.pwk file from old database.
Tried to launch Lockbox, but it's now asking for the username & pwd that I lost???

Hi John, not to sure about this one. I think you may be out of luck. Have you tried opening a support ticket with CC to ask if there is anything that can be done?

Unfortunately, we can no longer retrieve forgotten passwords/logins for the Lockbox program. This is a decision made by our developers for the security of our users. Since there is no way for us to verify the identity of the individual contacting us, it is unsafe to provide unlocking service to individuals who contact us with forgotten Lockbox passwords.
