Hi Melvin, just to let you know, this is a user to user forum. We do not work for CoffeeCup but are simple users such as yourself.

For a technical issue or possible bug, you need to open a support topic with CoffeeCup.

Simply go to 'Support' off the top menu, then select 'Your Support Room' and create a support topic. This way CoffeeCup programmers can look at your problem and help find a solution.

Check your DPI settings on your computer, if you've changed them you'll most likely need to put them back to 100% for many things to work correctly. Not sure if this is your issue, just that is what I usually see is the answer when something isn't displaying fully in a program.
