Good point but I don't know if it would have to always be video. When I mentioned cc had gotten better at helping to market their stuff, it was within the context of having been able to follow through a step by step process to build a couple of pretty cool things that before that, I wouldn't have thought possible with that particular piece of software. That was the 'show and tell' I referred to.
Do you mean things like showcasing sites that has been made with CC programmes? I think the forums here are full of them. And most of those sites are really cool.
Earlier (some years back) there used to be a loooong list of companies which had created their siters using CC progs. As far as I remember, even Microsoft was on that list

Also, agreeing with Chris that there could be a lot better documentation, I do have to say that I like how they added the little quick tutorials to the Web Image Studio page that shows how to do a few things with it. You can see that here if you scroll down the page a bit:

I'm guessing this is the type of thing you are talking about as well as some well done tutorials of that nature? They have a nice start on it there, hopefully we'll see more of the software add things to the site pages like that. Check the Articles too, can usually find good help there:

That's EXACTLY the kind of stuff I was referring to Jo Ann. When folks see that step by step illustration that allows them to something as cool as that, it adds a ton of value to the software. More of that kind of detail is in the user AND coffeecup's interest as everyone can get to the next level where usability is concerned.
In October there was a deal for 9 responsive Html Editor themes(which I purchased) It would be nice if there was an upgrade to all 25 themes offer

Something that has confused us from time to time is that we will send out an email offering 25-40% off using a coupon code that can be used towards anything we sell. That coupon code will not be as effective compared to just changing the price to a lower amount even though a coupon code gives far more off. Plus the coupon code can be used with multiple products at once.
Must be one of those strange mindsets where coupons while they save more, just don't register like a lower purchase price.
What is funny is when we do just adjust the price, we have customers emailing us if we have any coupons they can use as well.

Just goes to show peoples' greed outweighs their math skills.
How about a completion pack for those of us that bought the master pack back in the day.
being new to this, I would appreciate how to or teaching videos. I have tried writing but if I ask 3 questions only one comes back answered. Would not mind paying for these or have them on line support for a fee. That way the updates would be easy to keep up with. That would probably get more people using the programs..
On your discounts that people don't use. Unfortunately many times I have not been close to my computer to be able to take advantage of these. Most of the time I get to see what I missed. Time is important to these and many of us have other things we are doing in addition to computer work

How long Dwaine do you think a special should be good for? If we have a weekend special, we typically let it run most of the day on Monday as well. We do need to place some sense of urgency on these specials or it looses its impact.
