Okay, here is what I am trying to do in RCS: http://www.waytogrowaz.com/ The semi transparent box over the slider is what I am trying to do. How do I do that in RCS? I have a slider created but can't seem to get the box with text to work.

Set the opacity of an element and use position relative or absolute.

Yes, use a container and then place a paragraph in it if you want text. set the container to position absolute and give it a background color and set it's opacity.
