I concur with previous posters, I'm not a beginner and I am completely at a loss as to even how to start with this program. I too have read the articles and that hasn't helped at all. Something basic just to get started is needed here. Giving up and going to bed now ... :-(

You purchased the OS X version Phillip. Did you want the Windows version? If so, open a support ticket and we can exchange your purchase.

My first post and I hate to add to the chorus but the support documentation is non-existent. I purchased both RSD and RCS, I am really frustrated when the documentation tells me that it applies to both products (as well as others) and I have to figure out how to adapt it. We really need something clear and to the point, not high level advertisements for the product. Please help here.

Regards,

Wim

Have had pretty good luck with the software (and great luck with Coffee Cup in general) but this one app could use a bit more instruction.

I did a really basic getting started video tutorial for those having trouble starting to learn how to use the app. This is very basic but if people find it useful I'd be happy to continue with it and show other options and features. I'm sure there are many ways to do things so I'm just starting very basic.

Yeah, video's so far ok but keep these going giving more in depth examples of creation and animation. Would be helpful to use better photo's to give a more real world project feel and finished animation examples i.e Text/image animation etc over background. So yes video's so far useful but keep them coming please so we can see how you created the examples on your site for instance.

Brian,

The first two videos really do cover how I put together most of my sliders such as the one on my website. I didn't show how to add the control buttons but might do a video on that at some point. I don't work for CoffeeCup, btw, just doing these videos on my own to try to help out other users. When I see a few people talking about having trouble getting going with some features I try to think if it's something I can assist with. :)
