The last post in the thread titled "Responsive Email Designer Change Logs" is from 2021. Have there been any updates in the 3 years since? Do you guys have a changelog or release notes posted anywhere else?

Yes it has been updated in, 2023, if you had purchased the software, you would have had a notification, and the latest version made available for you to download in 'Your Purchases account page
