Problems opening the app

Can anyone help with this issue?

When opening Email Designer I'm asked to log in. When I enter my details I get an error which prevents me from opening the app (see screen grab).

I don't need to use this app regularly so don't need CoffeeCup services to host/deploy the emails - I just need to be able to design them and export code.

I was advised that if I click 'use other account' I could bypass this, but that only leads to a loop bringing me back here.

Hope someone at CC pick this (or my email) up and is able to help.
