Just to suggest, I have not tried RED with the mass email tool in WHMCS, but a WHMCS module to support RED would definitely open an entirely new market, and I know a lot of those using WHMCS would be interested. Not only would it get more RED customers, but I think it would also bring more of that segment to Coffeecup.

You can do this now. Granted you would need to add in the {customer_name} and etc. calls to the RED email but once you export the email just copy the HTML over to WHMCS and you are good to go! :)

Yes a video showing the creation of an email or anything else that is possible with the software and how it links to websites or can be incorporated. Must have verbal comments throughout. Nothing worse trying to follow an online video when there are no words and you are trying to see what is happening. As they say a picture or video can replace a thousand words.
I'm surprised software is issued without accompanying video showing it in use, especially with all the technology around.

That's really not viable because the WHMCS mail tool does not always accept markup, but thank you for the suggestion!

when I copy some formatted text from any source outside the application and paste it paragraph element to replace with predefined Lorem ipsum text I lose the the text formation and wish RED could recognize the original text formation.

How about the ability to design an email template in RED, and export it as Apple Mail stationery? It would be great to create a branded email design that staff can leverage when sending communications.

Of course this could be assembled by hand, but it would be nice to have a handy export option.

Will be great if RED can have a new CONTAINER that allow to past a HTML code from an app like iA Writer, with the purpose to transform a RTF text to a HTML code, in order to mantain the formatted text.

I would like the ability to style the alternate text for images.
