Stefke, You have just one column across the whole design. A page like that, with just text, doesn't really need any tweaking with breakpoints, the text will flow down and make short lines - but many more lines when the screen narrows.

Having said that, the design of the one column page isn't very appealing, if you want to attract visitors to it. And 'responsive design' means a whole lot more, like columns beside each other that can be placed below each other when the viewport narrows. Haven't you studied the examples in the help files that several of us have pointed your nose at? Before you start playing with RLM and RSD you should perhaps try to find out what RESPONSIVE web design really is. Look around at the web and try to view e.g. this Coffeecup.com website on a computer, a tablet and on a phone, and see how the page elements shift around when seen on a small screen. My reason for mentioning these sites, is that they show you what you can use responsive design for.
Also, do download some of the responsive example sites that come with the help articles. You could find a layout that you like and just add your own contents to it as a step on the road to learning this stuff..
