Half is all relative.
two spans would be half of 4
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Obviously I set the span width of the content to try to get it to fill the width of the page.

So I was thinking one-half plus one-half and no space left over.

Half is all relative.

I just used 12 col because it's very common. Doesn't have to be 12, could be 2 col, or 8 or 16....
Same thing applies to all of them.

Thanks guys. I've managed to do it and get my content spread evenly in a 12 column grid, albeit a little unconventionally! Negative margins are my friend. :D
