I think your using RLM and your max width is 200 as opposed to what the image really is. Now I'm no expert at present with the new program, or responsive design at the moment, but I think that could be your problem, I maybe wrong, but could be that.

Hi Matt, In your framework in RLM do you have max-width or your logo3 checkbox unchecked to allow 100%?
It also looks like you cleared alot of css from the main.css
